What are your rates?
$700 for 30 and 50 AMP RVs
Do you have any mobile home spaces?
We do not have any mobile home spaces available.
What is included with rent?
Electricity, water, sewer & WiFi are all included, as well as a complete 30/50 amp hookup & 10×20 concrete slab.
What kind of hookup does my spot have?
Every spot has a full hookup. Full hookups include 30 & 50 amp service, water hookup, sewer hookup and 110V outlets.
Do you allow pets?
Some pets are allowed. Please refer to our “pet waiver” for more information.
Do you have mailboxes?
Yes. Mailboxes are available for every site. A $20 deposit is required. Just stop by the office to get a key.
Will packages be delivered to my door?
Yes. Amazon, Fedex, UPS, etc will deliver larger packages directly to your rv. Smaller packages may be left inside of your mailbox. If you are expecting to receive any packages, it is best to get a mailbox key first.
Do you allow tents?
Tents are not allowed.
Do you rent daily?
We currently only have weekly and monthly rates available.
Do you have pull through sites?
We do not have pull-through spots.
Do you have a waste dump station?
We do not have a dump station.
Do you have a shower house?
We do not have a bath or shower house.
Do you have cable?
We do not provide cable. You can get cable through REV in spots 1-55. Spots 56-89 do not have cable available to them.
