Nestled beneath more than 50 beautiful live oak trees, our family-owned park offers spacious RV sites, a peaceful atmosphere, and a convenient location near local industry, restaurants, shopping, and everything Ascension Parish has to offer.
All sites are equipped with full water, sewer, and electrical hookups to ensure a seamless and stress-free RV experience.

$700 for 30 and 50 AMP RVs
We do not have any mobile home spaces available.
Electricity, water, sewer & WiFi are all included, as well as a complete 30/50 amp hookup & 10×20 concrete slab.
Every spot has a full hookup. Full hookups include 30 & 50 amp service, water hookup, sewer hookup and 110V outlets.
Some pets are allowed. Please refer to our “pet waiver” for more information.
Yes. Mailboxes are available for every site. A $20 deposit is required. Just stop by the office to get a key.
Yes. Amazon, Fedex, UPS, etc will deliver larger packages directly to your rv. Smaller packages may be left inside of your mailbox. If you are expecting to receive any packages, it is best to get a mailbox key first.
Tents are not allowed.
We currently only have weekly and monthly rates available.
We do not have pull-through spots.
We do not have a dump station.
We do not have a bath or shower house.
