Continued violations may result in termination of the lease.<\/li>\n    <li>Drunkenness, obscene language, domestic quarrels, or acts of immoral conduct will not be tolerated. Continued violations may result in termination of the lease.<\/li>\n    <li>Lessee is responsible for the conduct of all children and guests, as well as any damages they cause.<\/li>\n    <li>No peddling, soliciting, or commercial enterprise is allowed within the park.<\/li>\n    <li>All vehicles must obey the 5 mph speed limit. Lessee is responsible for informing all guests and delivery drivers of this rule.<\/li>\n    <li>Each RV space is limited to parking for two (2) vehicles in designated spaces assigned by management.<\/li>\n    <li>No welding, burning, or spray painting is permitted anywhere in the park.<\/li>\n    <li>No vehicle repairs or maintenance, including oil changes, may be performed within the park unless approved for an emergency.<\/li>\n    <li><b>No vehicles are permitted on patios or lawns to prevent property damage.<\/b><\/li>\n    <li>Delivery and service vehicles must also comply with parking and driving restrictions.<\/li>\n    <li>Vehicles without a current inspection sticker or that are not operable may not remain in the park for more than 30 days.<\/li>\n    <li>No motorized minibikes, go-karts, or motorcycles are allowed within the park.<\/li>\n    <li>Bicycles may only be ridden on roadways and are prohibited on other tenants&#8217; lots or vacant spaces.<\/li>\n    <li>Large company or contractor trucks require prior written approval from the Manager.<\/li>\n    <li>No clotheslines may be erected without prior written approval from the Manager.<\/li>\n    <li>Residents are expected to help keep the park clean and well maintained at all times.<\/li>\n    <li>Due to underground utilities, no digging is permitted without prior written approval from the Manager.<\/li>\n    <li>All electric, water, gas, and sewage connections must be approved by the Manager.<\/li>\n    <li>No person may access electrical boxes without the Manager\u2019s approval.<\/li>\n    <li>No structures may be built without written approval from the Manager, including rooms, fences, walkways, utility boxes, cabanas, awnings, or similar improvements.<\/li>\n    <li>RV spaces must be kept clean and free of garbage, debris, toys, or other clutter.<\/li>\n    <li>Residents are responsible for keeping the roadway in front of their RV space free of litter.<\/li>\n    <li>Utility trailers, boat trailers, and boats require management approval and are subject to a $50 monthly fee.<\/li>\n    <li>Rent is due on the 1st of each month.<\/li>\n    <li>Payments received after the 5th are subject to a late fee of $5 per day, retroactive to the 1st of the month.<\/li>\n    <li>Failure to pay rent by the 6th of the month or repeated late payments may result in eviction.<\/li>\n    <li>Lessee occupies the RV space at their own risk and agrees to indemnify the Lessor against any expenses, losses, damages, claims, or liabilities.<\/li>\n    <li>If legal action is required to enforce the lease, Lessee is responsible for all associated legal costs, including eviction expenses.<\/li>\n    <li>Lessee waives the right to a five (5) day notice to vacate in the event of an eviction.<\/li>\n    <li>Monthly rates are based on a 30-day stay and are not prorated for early departure.<\/li>\n    <li>Changing RV lots without prior approval from the office is prohibited.<\/li>\n    <li>No tents are allowed within the park.<\/li>\n    <li>No fireworks are permitted.<\/li>\n    <li>Quiet hours are 10:00 PM \u2013 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 PM \u2013 8:00 AM Friday through Saturday.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><div id=\"field_1_93\" class=\"gfield gfield--type-section gfield--input-type-section gsection field_sublabel_above gfield--no-description field_description_below field_validation_below gfield_visibility_visible\"  ><h3 class=\"gsection_title\">Powers RV Park | Other Special Guidelines<\/h3><\/div><div id=\"field_1_104\" class=\"gfield gfield--type-html gfield--input-type-html gfield--width-full gfield_html gfield_html_formatted gfield_no_follows_desc field_sublabel_above gfield--no-description field_description_below field_validation_below gfield_visibility_visible\"  ><ul>\n    <li>Never pour grease or cooking oil down sinks or drains.<\/li>\n    <li><b>Parking on concrete slabs is strictly prohibited.<\/b><\/li>\n    <li>Please dispose of all bagged garbage in one of the two dumpsters located in the center of the park.<\/li>\n    <li>Keep personal belongings off the grass and confined to your designated RV space.<\/li>\n    <li>Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
